Get a clean quote range in under 60 seconds. Built by creator & strategist Christini “Tini” Ca'lia
So you want to know what to charge for brand deals? ✨ This tool is your new bestie. The Creator Rate Calculator takes into account your follower count, engagement rate, deliverables, and any add-ons (like rush deadlines, usage rights, or exclusivity) to give you a realistic rate range. No more guessing, no more undervaluing yourself—just clarity and confidence.
How does this calculator figure out my quote?
Your quote is built from five pieces:
What follower count should I use?
This tool is optimized for creators with 1,000+ followers. That’s the point where paid collabs become realistic. Below 1k, focus on gifted/UGC to build proof, then come back when you’re over 1k.
What’s the difference between “ER by Followers” and “ER by Reach”?
Use the built-in helper and copy numbers from your Instagram Insights for your last 3–10 posts.
Why are my numbers not changing much at low follower counts?
Floors protect you from underquoting. If your followers are low, the floor can dominate the math. As your audience grows or if your ER is strong, the range will move more. Also check add-ons and Pricing Mode.
How do multiple deliverables work?
You can enter exact counts for Reels, Static Posts, and Stories. In Advanced options you can:
The calculator shows per-deliverable ranges and a package total after add-ons and your Pricing Mode are applied.
What should I charge for usage, whitelisting, exclusivity?
These are applied to the whole package for simplicity and consistency.
Which Pricing Mode should I choose?
Does this work for UGC (not posted on my page)?
Yes. Toggle Paid ads usage and/or Raw footage to reflect typical UGC terms. If there’s no post on your page, keep deliverables on “0” and use the add-ons to price the UGC production/usage.
How do payment terms work (Net 30 / 60 / 90)?
Brands often pay after approval. Net 30 = 30 days after approval, etc. Confirm this in writing before you start. You can request partial upfront for rush or high-scope projects.
Are these numbers guarantees?
No — this is a structured starting point. Your niche, content quality, and brand fit can push the final number up or down. When in doubt, quote the higher end and negotiate with deliverables or usage terms.
Your rate is just the first step. Negotiation is where the bag gets secured.
